Dragonball is a Japanese manga by Akira Toriyama serialized in the weekly anthology magazine Weekly Shonen Jump from 1984 to 1995. The manga originally collected into 42 individual books called tankobon. In 2004, the manga was re-released in 34 volume collection called Kanzeban, which include a slightly rewritten ending, new covers, and color artworks from its Weekly Shonen Jump run. The manga then made to anime and broadcasting around the world. In Malaysia the anime is on Animax Channel(Monday to Friday every evening) and used to be on air in TV2 channel for the first season. In Us this manga first released in 2000.
